Please read these Terms of Use carefully as they govern your use of Symbitex Wallet.

By clicking on the button “I accept these terms”, using Symbitex Wallet, or by creating or importing a wallet, downloading, or running our mobile application, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. You assert that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms herein.

Symbitex Wallet is a self-custody blockchain-based service that provides users with control over their own private keys, ensuring utmost security and autonomy. We do not have access to or control over your private keys or funds.

The use of Symbitex is restricted to people over 18 years old. Some countries may be excluded from the Services due to local legal restrictions.

Symbitex refers to Symbitex Wallet and any other tools or systems within the Symbitex Ecosyste.

Holdings or Balance indicates any digital tokens either purchased or transferred into the Symbitex Wallet.

Digital Assets encompass tokens, digital currencies, and their derivatives.

User is someone who has agreed to these Terms of Use and provided the necessary information for onboarding.

Restricted Locations are regions where Symbitex prohibits or restricts use for various reasons.


Symbitex Wallet Registration and Safety

Using Symbitex Wallet means taking full responsibility for safeguarding your private keys. We emphasize that the Symbitex Wallet team, nor any of its systems, can assist with password retrieval because we do not have access to wallet passwords, encrypted or unencrypted private keys, or mnemonic (backup) phrases associated with your Symbitex Wallet. Losing access to these details could mean losing access to your Digital Assets permanently. Symbitex Wallet team nor any of Symbitex systems have the capability to help you with password retrieval since we do not have access to wallet password, encrypted private key, unencrypted private key, or mnemonic (backup) phrase associated with your Symbitex Wallet. Thus, you accept and acknowledge that any Digital Asset associated with a wallet to which you cannot remember the access will become inaccessible.For the sake of community interests´ you agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password, account, or any other breach of security.


We encrypt and securely store the keys for addresses on your chosen digital device. Digital Assets are stored on their respective blockchains over which we have no control. Thus, transaction confirmations depend on the respective blockchain, not Symbitex Wallet. You accept and acknowledge that Symbitex Wallet is not responsible for transfer registration in the respective blockchains nor for errors or omissions that you make in relation to transactions involving your Digital Assets.


It’s essential to ensure you’re using the correct blockchain address when transferring Digital Assets. Misdirected transfers could result in permanent loss. Symbitex Wallet can’t modify or cancel a submitted transaction as we don’t control the blockchains. Any errors in transactions are the user’s responsibility. This transaction may be subject to fees charged by the service provider of your use (external wallet or third part exchange). Symbitex Wallet has no kind of relationship with these third-party service providers, their fees, and the security of such tools.Therefore, you agree, acknowledge, and declare that you are solely responsible for the management of such funds, their security, and costs of any transfer funds into Symbitex Wallet.


No fees are currently charged for the use of Symbitex Wallet self-custody and browser. However, we reserve the right to do so in the future. For the use of the partner services you should consult and agree with their terms and fees. These fees may be changed and updated at partners discretion at any time being applicable from the effective date indicated in their communication.
